服务操作相关bat命令

等号后面必须要加空格
模式：sc create serviceName binPath= 路径 start= auto
示例：sc create tomcat9Service2 binPath= G:\software\apache-tomcat-9.0.41\bin\tomcat9.exe start= auto

模式：sc delete ServiceName
示例：sc delete tomcat9Service2
